  • Health First Testo Supreme is a men’s health supplement formulated with clinically studied KSM-66ÂŽ Ashwagandha, an organic, non-GMO concentrated root extract designed to help maintain healthy testosterone levels while supporting overall vitality, athletic performance, and resistance to physical and mental stress. Each vegetable capsule provides 300 mg of KSM-66ÂŽ Ashwagandha root extract (standardized to 5% withanolides; 12:1 equivalent to 3,600 mg dry herb). The formula is encapsulated in a plant-based capsule with non-medicinal ingredients including colloidal silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, and magnesium stearate.
